Cindy Hanna serves as our Director of Executive Search Operations.  However, because of her very strong municipal management background, she also serves as a primary resource in providing research and guidance regarding development of curriculum for compliance oriented training content such as Red Flag, Purchasing, etc.  Cindy has been with SGR since 2008.  She previously served as a Public Works Operations Analyst, Public Works Operations Support Manager, Environmental Services Manager and Fleet Manager for the City of Arlington, Texas.  Prior to Arlington she served as Environmental Manager, Administrative Services Manager, and Administrative Services Director for the City of Sugar Land, Texas.  And prior to Sugar Land she served as a Budget and Management Analyst for the City of San Antonio.  Cindy is a graduate of the American Public Works Association Emerging Leaders Program, and the San Antonio Leadership Development Program. She holds a BS in Comparative Studies from Duke University with an emphasis in Latin America and Western Europe, and a minor in Spanish. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Texas A&M University with a concentration in Environment and Natural Resources.
